As the title says it`s just me and my guitar. No expensive studios, I recorded the songs directly in one take on a cassette deck at home in Madrid, Spain in1996, hope you enjoy it.

I called it Strange Stories because these are not just songs, these are fragments of my life and have to be respected as such. You`ll find here different styles and different moods reflecting the different moments of my existance; dark, bluesy and innovative

Some people call me Mr. D hence the title, these are my musical explorations, although I´m principally a guitar player I also play other instruments and always try to play the ones that are most appropriate for song´s mood

My first solo album , recorded totally on a cassette deck in my home. All the tracks were recorded directly in one take and even if there are mistakes I decided to leave everything as it was.
